VIP Sales Team Lead
Cryptocurrency exchange established in March 2018 to offer a professional platform where crypto traders can find an ultra-fast matching engine, excellent customer service and multilingual community support. The company provides innovative online spot and derivatives trading services, mining and staking products, as well as API support, to retail and institutional clients around the world, and strives to be the most reliable exchange for the emerging digital asset class. They expanding and growing our team based in Singapore and looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated VIP Sales Team Lead to join.
Responsibilities:
•Acquire new VIPs based on personal network
•Establish Partnership with third-party vendors to bring in new VIP •Strategically/Locally Based depend on a region expansion plan
•Expanding & focusing on acquisition plans. Conduct offline events etc.
•Upsell VIP Program & Benefits
•Be responsible for onboarding newly acquired VIPs and servicing the next 6 months to upsell VIP refer VIPs before passing them down to RMs
•Researching emerging Blockchain trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
•Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
•Expanding their client base and building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
•Manage, train and lead team of highly skilled Sales Manager Requirements •Previous experience in a similar role within a startup or a fast growing company •Has superb negotiation, communication & leadership skills
•Previous experience managing a team of Sales Specialists
•Salesforce experience is highly preferred
•Experience in a Blockchain or a Crypto company is a must
•Previous experience working with Institutional clients or UHNW traders •Understanding of high-end consumer behaviour in Crypto/Blockchain Businesses Our core values define us.
