As GRIT continues to expand its footprint across the regions they operate, they are now looking to hire a high calibre individual, based in Malaysia for the above role



      Responsible for sourcing, curating and qualifying candidates for GRIT clients across the region

     Working closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and then source relevant profiles through GRIT's proprietary network as well as third party job boards, LinkedIn and referrals to identify the best possible talent for these roles

     Developing a deep understanding of talent acquisition channels, social and technical to ensure highest source to conversion rates

     Communicating with client companies, HR and hiring managers, to understand best fit, role requirements and cultural aspects

      Partnering with Sales, Consultancy and Marketing teams around projects including market mapping, competitor analysis and salary benchmarks

  • Requirements:

    Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong prioritisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Desire to work in a fast paced high growth environment
  • 2)  3+ years of in-depth knowledge and experience in B2B demand/lead generation and direct response campaign strategy and execution; including email and direct mail marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.

3)  Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

4)  Metrics driven mindset with a strong analytical approach.
