Our client is an innovative financial software company that works with merchants and small-to-medium business to help them scale. Having themselves built a team of over 100 in just two years, they are now hiring a Talent Acquisition colleague to continue with them on their growth journey.


  • Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies to build the talent pipelines from sourcing, advertising, screening and interviewing to deliver on hiring targets
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to strategize on business growth and hiring needs
  • Provide recruitment solutions, talent mapping and market insights to hiring managers
  • Develop, monitor and achieve talent acquisition related KPIs to enquire the qualitative deliverables and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Prepare and compile various statistics and reports
  • Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • A Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 4-5 years' combined agency and/or in-house talent acquisition experience
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and as an excellent team player
  • Passion in developing long-term career in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office
  • Candidates with less experience will consider as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
