Our client is an innovative financial software company that works with merchants and small-to-medium business to help them scale. Having themselves built a team of over 100 in just two years, they are now hiring a Talent Acquisition colleague to continue with them on their growth journey.
Responsibilities:
- Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies to build the talent pipelines from sourcing, advertising, screening and interviewing to deliver on hiring targets
- Work closely with the hiring managers to strategize on business growth and hiring needs
- Provide recruitment solutions, talent mapping and market insights to hiring managers
- Develop, monitor and achieve talent acquisition related KPIs to enquire the qualitative deliverables and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Prepare and compile various statistics and reports
- Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 4-5 years' combined agency and/or in-house talent acquisition experience
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, attentive to details and as an excellent team player
- Passion in developing long-term career in Talent Acquisition
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office
- Candidates with less experience will consider as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
