Our client is a leading ecommerce company with a strong presence in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join their Account Management team under the Commercial Department.
Responsibilities
- Manages a portfolio with a focus on building lasting relationships to increase our unit economy profitability and advertisement revenue, and accelerate business engagement
- Formulates growth strategies with solid data background to maximise portfolio revenue and enhance brand market presence
- Work closely with internal departments on operations and business growth project execution
- In-depth analysis of commercial, operational performance metrics to optimize performance and drive revenue growth
- Account relationship management for retention and partnership development ; Forecast and track monthly and quarterly strategic account metrics
- Daily management of partnered marketing campaigns, BAU promotions, incoming inquiries of operational cases with respective operation team for execution & task delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management / customer success / sale operations
- Ability to analyse data with actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Must be fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
- Must be familiar with Excel , Pivot table , Vlookup ; Knowledge in Salesforce / Power BI /Tableau preferred
