Social & Content Manager role to work on a leading global digital trading platform across one of their flagship products.

They are launching a new product and we are helping them find their founding team based in Singapore.


The Role

We are looking to find a strategic, creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join the founding team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the social plan across launch and scale in Singapore.

Reporting in the first instance to the Global Marketing Director for the business unit, you form part of the marketing team, with full responsibility for building and executing the social media calendar and creating engaging content that drives excitement, interest and love for the brand in Singapore. You’ll work in partnership with the dedicated marketing team for the business unit and the Group’s marketing function to align, coordinate and leverage group strategies where appropriate.

This new role is within an incubated and fully funded venture operating at pace in a start-up fashion, and benefits from the sizable power of the parent company. We are seeking a strategic problem solver and a doer, someone comfortable leading change, mobilising the organisation and taking ownership of the impact on the ground.

Basic Requirements

5+ years experience in a social media manager, preferably within an app-first or digital-native business
A good understanding of financial markets, experience from Fintech industry would be highly advantageous
An individual who is absolutely passionate about all things content, with demonstrable experience of using content to grow a business across the full funnel from brand through to acquisition through to retention
Experience implementing simultaneous projects at once and enjoys working with multiple cross-departmental teams
Comfortable in a matrix and global environment where you direct line manager may work in a different country to you
