Our client is a leading global provider of talent solutions hiring a Senior Consultant to be based in Hong Kong. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients in North Asia, delivering talent management and assessment solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Responsibilities:
-Consult with clients on talent management and assessment strategies, leveraging the firm's expertise, assessments, and industry best practices
-Engage senior leaders to set the context for talent-related projects, present key deliverables, and provide advice on improvement areas
-Design, deliver, and manage talent consulting projects, including job analysis, competency modeling, succession planning, and assessment/development centers
-Provide in-depth behavioral and psychological insights on client talents through psychometric assessments and face-to-face techniques
-Analyze talent data and apply data visualization techniques to support clients' talent decision-making and planning
-Provide enablement training to clients on the use of the firm's psychometrics and behavioral assessment techniques
Qualifications:
-8-12 years of experience in Talent Management, either through consultancy or relevant HR positions (Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Assessment, etc)
-Postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources, with a strong passion for designing and delivering talent solutions
-In-depth talent assessment and consulting experience at the executive level
-Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
