Company Description

Our client is a high growth digital scale up with over 150 employees across the SEA Region and Europe and scaling fast. They have a world class SaaS product in the blockchain/verification category and are now looking for a talented experienced Account Manager to lead their global Government relationships.

Job Overview

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead the account management strategy for Government accounts, building a robust framework around these and identifying future areas of untapped opportunity to further scale revenue. Forming deep relationships with existing and future clients, you will be a brand custodian and work closely with the clients to innovate the existing technology and improve their business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in Account Management or Client/Customer Success
  • A proven track record in working with Government (Public Sector), preferably in a regional/global capacity
  • Strong problem solving skills and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • First class stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Highly organised and structured with the ability to manage relationships on a global scale
