The Role
As Sales Director you will hold a senior role and be a founding member of the Commercial team, reporting into the GM (APAC). You will create and nurture long-term relationships with advertising agencies working with them to unlock the full potential of our offering over time, through best-in-class service, programmatic expertise, creative problem solving and excellent brief responses.
You will also work closely with team members within Client Services, Operations, Deal Delivery and Audience Development.
Responsibilities
· Initiate and grow relationships within major ad agencies and brands in Asia
· Respond to briefs to grow a constant pipeline of business
· Schedule regular meetings with partners to ensure they are satisfied
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. client services, adops, senior management, tech) to address client needs
· Become an expert of our products and value proposition
Requirements
· Proven experience of hitting ambitious revenue targets within the adtech space
· Experience of selling complex adtech products
· Deep knowledge of the agency world and a black book of contacts
· Background in digital advertising
· An entrepreneurial attitude and an understanding of how to overcome objectives
· A good relationship builder and storyteller
· A customer-oriented and self motivated attitude
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to work well with a team
