Responsibilities
· To lead and manage a team responsible for developing business by educating clients on a range of SaaS solutions, hunting for new opportunities and building relationships with SME and merchant customers
· Formulate a sales strategy to grow the client base; identify key target areas and build a team around it
· Account management and servicing for customers to make sure solutions are properly delivered and generate more business
· Participate and support in industry and networking events to promote the company brand and acquire new business connections and opportunities
Qualifications
· A minimum of 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 in management, gained in digital-driven businesses (i.e. SaaS, Fintech, Insurance, banks, telecommunications, etc.)
· Strong knowledge of the merchant and SME landscape and experience in SaaS sales
· Excellent stakeholder management and team management skills
· Fluent English and Cantonese
· A track record of success sales and sales management; stable work history
· Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or any related discipline
