Our client is Asia's leading Crypto Custodian. They are trusted by all institutions and HNWIs in growing and protecting Crypto assets. Powering Web3, their DeFi asset management crossed 1.5B AUM, rivalling with the top hedge funds. They provide SaaS products, invest in early-stage innovations and promising DeFi projects to enrich the DeFi ecosystem. They are highly featured and respected in the Crypto communities for their contributions in protecting the Crypto eco-systems and protocols. They are looking for a VP Sales to build and lead the team, focusing on their custody product.
- To lead a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to deliver on regional sales expectations together. Doing so requires specific regional strategy, active sourcing of top priority opportunities, a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring team discipline on sales methodology, CRM and forecasting
- Become an expert at presenting how our product suite can bring value
- To maintain strong relationships with new and existing business partners in the region and represent the company in regional conferences and be the evangelist and spokesperson to support the company’s branding and marketing activities
- To work cross functionally with internal departments, such as product, marketing, legal and compliance to facilitate a smooth sales process
- At least 3 years or more experience in B2B sales in Blockchain, financial services or fintech SaaS industry, with at least 2 years of team management experience
- Proved track records in sales / business development / client relationship management
- Well versed in blockchain product and market knowledge, highly passionate about Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets
- Proficient verbal and written communication capabilities in English; Additional language proficiency would be a plus.
