Company Description:
Our client is a market leading FinTech start-up focused on building payment solutions for small businesses across the region. Due to growth, they are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join their business in either Hong Kong or Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for product and country expansion efforts, including product positioning, competitor analysis, regional assessment, and campaign planning
- Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s target market and customers, while being the subject matter expert who informs the product, marketing, and customer success teams
- Producing compelling customer-facing content and thought leadership assets for each stage of the customer journey
- Defining content strategy across multiple countries and channels
- Partnering with the product and customer success teams to create a stellar customer experience
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalen
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a product marketing role
- Experience supporting strategic efforts, such as product launches, audience research, and messaging and positioning
- Strong understanding of customer and audience segmentation
- Strong communication and written skills in English
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams/ partners
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Prior experience in Payments, FinTech, SaaS, or other relevant industry background is beneficial
