Our client is a revolutionary payment service provider recognized by central banks and regulators as a trusted platform for payroll and lending. Backed by major investors including banks, corporates and well-known venture capital firms, they are looking to bring on board an experienced Marketing Manager for Asia.


In this role, You will create key messaging to promote the company, its brand and offering to key markets across Hong Kong, Korea and Malaysia and other locations as they launch. You will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing regional marketing strategies in order to deliver targeted digital marketing campaigns to increase lead generation across the region. Ultimately, you will lead and build the marketing function across user engagement and activation, data analytics, digital marketing strategy, events and managing external agencies. You will also work in close collaboration with sales and product teams across the region.


  • A minimum of 4-6 years’ marketing experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, branding, ideally with some regional exposure
  • Preferable experience would be from within a start-up or technology; ideally in fintech (DeFi or traditional finance both welcome), payment, or HR tech
  • Experience in data analytics and CRM, with creation of in-app engagement tools
  • Management experience of external agencies
  • Some press release drafting, content, or graphic design experience helpful
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills; other Asian languages advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
