Our client is an international leader in shopper marketing programs, where their expertise lies in connecting data-led shopper insights to promotional programs. Due to continued business growth, they are hiring a Regional Insights Manager to be based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
- Design, write, execute and analyse findings from online surveys and focus groups
- Turning key findings and into insights and narratives for client engagement
- Manage external research partners for specific projects
- Partnering with internal colleagues and external clients on key strategies
Requirements:
- 3-8 years' experience from a market research agency, with a focus within FMCG, Retail, etc
- Experience in using self-service quantitative and qualitative research tools
- Technical skills in designing surveys, analysing data, extracting engaging stories, and presenting to stakeholders
- English and Chinese written and verbal language skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team player attitude and comfortable in contributing ideas
- Ability to travel periodically
