Our client is an international leader in shopper marketing programs, where their expertise lies in connecting data-led shopper insights to promotional programs. Due to continued business growth, they are hiring a Regional Insights Manager to be based in Hong Kong.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a strong data and insights team and make a commercial impact across the region.


  • Design, write, execute and analyse findings from online surveys and focus groups
  • Turning key findings and into insights and narratives for client engagement
  • Manage external research partners for specific projects
  • Partnering with internal colleagues and external clients on key strategies


  • 3-8 years' experience from a market research agency, with a focus within FMCG, Retail, etc
  • Experience in using self-service quantitative and qualitative research tools
  • Technical skills in designing surveys, analysing data, extracting engaging stories, and presenting to stakeholders
  • English and Chinese written and verbal language skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, team player attitude and comfortable in contributing ideas
  • Ability to travel periodically
