My client is launching a pioneering SaaS platform with cutting edge technology that allows property clients to automated documentation. This product also provides data analysis and generating insight that would bring true value to help screening company’s legal risks and valuation implication. Due to business needs, my client is looking for a Lead Developer / Senior Software Engineer to join the Hong Kong team.
Responsibility
- Design the technical solutions and lead the technical development with the software engineering team
- Participate in development projects, user requirement gathering, system design, programming, analysis and implementation
- Evaluate new stack components and architecture and contribute to new ideas on improving the product
- Ensuring effective back-end functionality of applications; manage and ensure the coding standards and system quality
- Work closely with the business and product team to deliver software and technologies to users
- Establishing the root causes of application errors, keeping record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
- Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
Requirement
- At least 6 years of experience in web application development or software development
- Hands-on experience in one of the following: Ruby on rails, JavaScipt, TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS
- Knowledge or experienced in Elixir is a plus.
- Experience with SQL database and PostgreSQL, AWS cloud and Kubernetes, Azure DevOps.
- Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
