My client is a mid-sized foreign company with offices across the APAC region. They have been growing a new product platform in the past 3 years, with solid track record in capturing user growth. As the team is continuously expanding, they are adding a new headcount of IT Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to join the Hong Kong team.
Responsibilities:
Understand business values and user needs and help deliver the digital product with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Work closely with Product Owner, vendors, and Scrum team in overall ideation, solution design, and problem diagnostics
Collect feedback and requirement from stakeholders for product backlog management and planning on product release
Handle project related tasks such as prioritization, escalations and tracking project status.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry related research
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline
2 years of experience with track record of business analysis or project management in digital product development and transformation
Experience in Agile framework such as Scrum, Jira and Confluence
Strong business mindset and analytical skill
Good project management skills and user centric methodology
Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English and Cantonese
