Our client is a successful and high-growth business revolutionizing the digital landscape by building decentralized applications powered by blockchain technology. They are currently hiring a passionate and experienced HR Operations Lead to manage and optimize all aspects of their human resources operations.

As the HR Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and ensuring that team members have the resources and support they need to excel in their roles.


  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company's vision, mission, and core values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure an exceptional employee experience from day one
  • Implement and manage HR information systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records and data analysis for decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate HR practices and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and retention.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive working environment, including team-building activities, surveys, and employee recognition programs.


  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years’ proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR Operations leadership role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within banking, technology or Web3 industry.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR technology systems and proficiency in HRIS platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset to analyze HR metrics and drive insights.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects meticulously in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Interest in Web3 and embraces a startup culture, is adaptable, and eager to learn.
