· Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle: from recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, performance management, to offboarding and exit procedures
· Serve as the point of contact for employees for all related matters including visa applications, relocation, employee benefits enrolment and administration
· Meticulously organize and maintain employee data, providing high touch support
· Enhance HR operations and cultivate programs to improve employee experience
· Involved in HR-related projects, tasks and events as required
