HR Generalist

Our Client is a global trading firm that achieves the highly quality returns utilizing a variety of portfolio of systematic and quantitative strategies across financial markets. They are at the forefront of high frequency trading with highly technical employees from different variety of disciplines. Building and designing their own systems, they are able to bring high impact and success to the business from performance trading and data analysis to compute farms.

Responsibilities

·       Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle: from recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, performance management, to offboarding and exit procedures

·       Serve as the point of contact for employees for all related matters including visa applications, relocation, employee benefits enrolment and administration

·       Meticulously organize and maintain employee data, providing high touch support

·       Enhance HR operations and cultivate programs to improve employee experience  

·       Involved in HR-related projects, tasks and events as required

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in Human Resource
  • Familiar with employment ordinance and relevant legislation of Hong Kong
  • Familiar with HR software platforms such as Google workspace, Google suite, Workable
  • Accustomed to manage strictly confidential information 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Outstanding written communication skills
