The Role

As one of the key country leadership roles, Head of UG plays a strategic role in shaping, implementing and driving the scalable and sustainable growth of user and buyer base, in order to contribute to overall growth agenda of the business.

The role-holder will also be responsible for managing the UG budget and investment and designing traffic and buyer models and leading key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the traffic and buyer growth strategy for the business
  • Understand overall group UG strategy and local business strategy
  • Understand overall competitive and market context and changes
  • Build the mid term and long term strategy for traffic and user growth, blending business, UG and competitive insights
  • Drive the implementation of key traffic and buyer initiatives and agenda
  • Lead the delivery of key UG buyer and traffic initiatives
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other business leaders to ensure synergy across key buyer and traffic operations
  • Constantly challenge performance, evolve models and make adjustments to the mechanisms to bring about efficient and sustainable performance
  • Manage investment efficiency and ensure solid RoI on UG investments/budget
  • Build and develop a high-performing UG talent bench and drive the implementation of future-proof organisation design
  • Design, communicate and implement future-ready UG organisation design
  • Lead performance management, coaching and capability building agenda for UG
  • Build a highly motivated, capable and driven UG team


• Bachelor Degree+


• Strong leadership, proven track record at senior leadership level

• Strong business acumen

• Solid experience in performance marketing and digital marketing

• Great communicator

• Excellent analytical power
