The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and execute our hiring strategy across the U.S. As a key member of the founding leadership team, you will build, scale, and optimize our talent acquisition function, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent across corporate, retail, and operational roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and our rapid U.S. expansion.
- Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team to support hiring across all functions.
- Partner with executives and department heads to identify critical hiring needs and workforce planning initiatives.
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract best-in-class talent, leveraging technology, employer branding, and data-driven insights.
- Establish a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with our company’s culture and values.
- Develop and implement DEI-focused hiring initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Scale talent acquisition operations, optimizing processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with proven leadership in building and scaling hiring functions within high-growth companies.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of U.S. talent markets and hiring best practices.
- Track record of hiring at scale, from executive leadership to frontline roles.
