The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and execute our hiring strategy across the U.S. As a key member of the founding leadership team, you will build, scale, and optimize our talent acquisition function, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent across corporate, retail, and operational roles. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about crafting a world-class employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and our rapid U.S. expansion.
  • Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team to support hiring across all functions.
  • Partner with executives and department heads to identify critical hiring needs and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract best-in-class talent, leveraging technology, employer branding, and data-driven insights.
  • Establish a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with our company’s culture and values.
  • Develop and implement DEI-focused hiring initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Scale talent acquisition operations, optimizing processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to elevate the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the U.S. market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, with proven leadership in building and scaling hiring functions within high-growth companies.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. talent markets and hiring best practices.
  • Track record of hiring at scale, from executive leadership to frontline roles.
  • Ability to work in a startup-style environment, balancing strategy and execution.
  • Expertise in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and leveraging HR tech tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring performance.
