Job Overview

This is a leadership position where you'd be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of key initiatives to scale B2B and B2C products across multiple countries. You'd be working hand in hand with the leadership team, as well as leading and motivating the product team, engineers and designers to drive product offerings beyond your customers expectations. You will provide mentorship and guidance to your team, setting a role model and high standards for your team to emulate. You will also grow the product team as the business grow.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years experience, out of which 3+ years experience in leadership functions
• Good understanding of fintech, experience in digital assets will be a big plus
• Proven track record in delivering measurable results for business and customers in a fast pace and high growth environment
