Head of Payment Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to drive an effective user acquisition and retention of e-wallets within and beyond the business's platform in Southeast Asia
• Work with local country teams and regional product teams to execute plans and improve overall performance, define and continuously improve the operation process and frameworks to improve the efficiency in all countries.
• Gather intelligence on competitors and produce analysis out of that research, and drive innovations across product design and business model, and contribute to the overall business strategy planning.

Requirements

• At least 7 years user growth or product operation experience in payment or Fintech industry
• Strong interest in driving business improvement through data-driven decision making
• Experience in leadership to coordinate cross functional teams to achieve a shared objective
