What you’ll be doing
• Lead the Media Buying and SEM team, providing strategic direction in planning, executing, and refining digital advertising campaigns for diverse clients.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with clients' goals, driving measurable outcomes such as ROI, conversions, and brand recognition.
• Supervise the development of engaging ad content, copies, and landing pages tailored to target demographics and in line with industry best practices.
• Regularly assess campaign performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and maximize results.
• Foster collaboration with Creative, Analytics, and Client Services departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts across digital platforms. • Remain informed about industry trends and technological advancements, offering innovative solutions to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Deliver regular performance reports to clients, showcasing key metrics and the impact of advertising initiatives.
• Cultivate client relationships through ongoing communication, addressing evolving needs, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Establish clear objectives and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and mentorship to support their professional growth.
• Collaborate with business development teams to support new client acquisition, contributing expertise to pitches and proposals.
• Ensure adherence to advertising policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards throughout all campaigns.
About you
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated track record (preferably 4+ years) in orchestrating and refining digital advertising initiatives across diverse platforms, encompassing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn advertising, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, Reels, and more.
• Prior agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ideally, possessing experience in a leadership capacity within a digital marketing agency, with specialization in media procurement and SEM, although not a mandatory requirement.
• Proven proficiency in managing numerous clients and steering profitable outcomes for their digital advertising portfolios. (Each Consultant ideally handles 30+ campaigns; Head manages 6-10 major campaigns.)
• Deep comprehension of digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices, including regulatory frameworks governing various sectors such as healthcare, finance, legal, trademarks, etc.
• Strong analytical skills, adept at extracting actionable insights to elevate campaign performance.
• Excellent communication abilities, facilitating seamless collaboration across multifunctional teams.
• Experience in coaching and overseeing media buyers, cultivating an environment of innovation and fostering skill enhancement within the team.
• Competence in contributing to pitches and presentations targeting prominent brands and governmental entities with substantial budgets.
• Demonstrated history of executing multinational media procurement campaigns.
• Noteworthy success in performance marketing, evidenced by KPI-driven enhancements in reach, traffic, leads, engagement, sign-ups, CTR, ROAS, and reductions in CPA/CPL.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous due to an increasing clientele interested in Chinese platforms.
