Responsibilities:
● Proactively manage the co-founder's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
● Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the co-founder, efficiently managing incoming communications and requests.
● Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and other documentation as required.
● Assist in drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the co-founder.
● Conduct research and gather information on various topics to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
● Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
● Anticipate the needs of the co-founder and proactively identify opportunities
to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
● Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the co-founder,
demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
● Working-level proficiency in Mandarin.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact
professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
● Experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level
executives or founders in a startup environment is preferred.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize
tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
● Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Google
Workspace, and project management software.
● High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
● Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and evolving
business needs.
● Interest in and knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
