What you'll be doing
- Identify and engage enterprise-level clients to introduce and promote services.
- Connect with and close leads generated by yourself, as well as those from our marketing and sales support teams.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
- Meet with leads to consult and recommend the best possible solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, including payment and deliverables.
- Collaborate with operational consultants and sales support to ensure successful client project outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage leads to keep them engaged in the sales cycle, maximising the likelihood of conversion.
- Monitor client campaigns and project status, taking initiative to troubleshoot or improve as needed.
- Keep accurate and organised records of contracts, invoices, and project documents for easy access and data analysis.
- Continuously strive to improve knowledge of digital media technologies and trends, as well as consulting and account management skills.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners, always upholding the company's reputation.
About you
- Preferably someone who's already doing solution consulting in the MNC-sphere for media or tech
- Comprehension of digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices
- Competence in contributing to pitches and presentations targeting prominent brands and MNCs with substantial budgets.
- Excellent communication abilities, facilitating seamless collaboration across multifunctional teams.
