My client is a leading technology consulting company operating across Asia-Pacific with an advanced capability and knowledge of Data, AI and Analytics. My client provides solutions consulting services with digital-driven strategies, implementing real-life data environments and having professional data specialists across different regions. Due to business needs, my client is looking for a new Analyst / Senior Analyst, Data Governance to join the Hong Kong office.
Responsibilities
Set up data governance framework and review organization behaviour policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture
Serve as a liaison between Business and Functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business requirements for data governance are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood
Data and Analytics Operating Model design
Work closely with the team on data modelling. Define design standards, tools and govern best practices for the data model
Learn about new data and analytics technology and methods, and how they could be applied for the benefit to various projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in management information systems, information technology or related field
At least 2- years of working experience in data experience, e.g. data governance, data management, and data modelling experience.
knowledge of data management practice (DAMA, DMBok)
Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
Hands on experience on data modelling tools (Erwin Data Modeler, Visual Paradigm)
Excellent multitasking skills and task management strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
