As a Cybersecurity Advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the organisation’s security strategy. Your responsibilities will include advising on best practices, implementing robust cybersecurity initiatives, and ensuring the protection of sensitive data. You will collaborate with various teams, such as IT and Legal, to address regulatory compliance and manage security risks across a large-scale infrastructure.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with cybersecurity frameworks, such as the Essential 8 or other international standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
• In-depth understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security solutions.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with firewall configuration, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and encryption technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 security configurations and Azure Security.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management tools.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are highly desirable.
