We are looking for a qualified Customer Success Executive to who will offer excellent customer service and support to our customers. You will be first port of call for customers and is available to answer any in-bound questions, ensuring that all customers are successfully using our product and services. Ultimately, you are responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value.
- Handling of Zendesk tickets and to provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers on processes and logics
- Ensure customers satisfaction with the product by educating them about functional capabilities
- Aid with the development and improvement of the product user experience by gathering feedback and addressing these with the product owner / dev teams.
- Updates in the FAQ for new process or updates and working with Police Force or relevant agencies for suspected hacking incidents and/or other suspected illegal activities
- Work with users on account recovery, compliance teams on verification checks
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities in this dynamic industry
- Good understanding of cryptocurrency, financial investments or trading platforms is a plus
