Our client is a global financial institution that has a newly created Customer Experience Director position.
Role:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for creating the customer experience strategy and framework for the region and working with market teams to establish and maintain best practice and standards for customer experience design. While collaborating with various functional and market teams, you will work on maturity assessments, identify gaps, and work with country teams to progressively implement group level strategy.
Requirements:
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Senior Manager.
