Our client is a global financial institution that has a newly created Customer Experience Director position.


Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for creating the customer experience strategy and framework for the region and working with market teams to establish and maintain best practice and standards for customer experience design. While collaborating with various functional and market teams, you will work on maturity assessments, identify gaps, and work with country teams to progressively implement group level strategy.


  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in customer experience strategy and design with regional exposure; agency or consulting background with financial services exposure will also be considered
  • Strong project management skills
  • Creative mindset and design thinking experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Financial services expertise and Asia experience advantageous
  • Fluent English communication skills

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Senior Manager.
