Seeking a talented, articulate and highly motivated Business Lead to join our Sales & Marketing Team to manage the development and monetization of agency & direct client accounts.
Reporting to the Country Director, the Business Lead will be responsible for managing both new and existing relationships with both agency and direct client accounts, with a passion for selling value-driven digital marketing solutions.
You Will:
- Be passionate about digital media and marketing, social media and advertising technology
- Be a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop advertising solutions for your clients and assist in bringing these solutions to market
- Have exceptional communication and relationship building skills as well as have a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
- Be a self-starter and life-long learner. You like working in a startup environment, with the opportunity and ability to learn, adapt and move quickly
- Have experience in new business development with a proven track record of carrying your own revenue targets
- Have your own network of existing relationships and contacts within the industry
- Have strong sales experience from prospecting to closing
- Have at least 3 years prior experience working at a digital agency, digital media or adtech/martech
Your Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a high degree of proactive sales prospecting and lead generation capabilities
- Leverage your existing network to engage in qualified leads and build relationships into eventual client accounts
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and stories that push a value-driven narrative to potential clients of our digital solutions
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
