Our client is an established global talent solutions company. They are hiring a BDM in Hong Kong to expand their Asia footprint.
Role
Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Lead generation and identifying new business opportunities in Hong Kong and Taiwan and managing the end-to-end sales cycle
- Driving revenue through solution selling to senior level HR executives (including Heads of HR, Head of Talent Acquisition, CHROs, L&D, etc) to enable them to transform their talent practices
- Collaborating with internal consulting and product teams on using insights and data to win new client opportunities
- Developing your industry knowledge by keeping abreast of changes in the industry as well as monitor competitor activity in the market.
Requirements
- 8-12 years’ experience in B2B enterprise sales of HR-related solutions: talent management solutions, recruitment services, ATS / CRM, HR Tech / SaaS, etc
- An ability to demonstrate a consultative-sales approach and be able to foster relationships with senior level decision makers
- A strong network of relevant HR contacts in Hong Kong
- A proven track record of consistently achieving targets and sales successes
- Strong communication and presentation skills; fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
