Our client is a revolutionary payment fintech headquartered in Hong Kong that is recognized by financial institutions and regulators as an enterprise lending platform. Their investors include banks, large corporates and well-known venture capital firms. To start their team and client footprint in the Philippines, they are now hiring a Business Development Director.
Role:
Reporting to the CEO and Founder and working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new enterprise clients in Philippines. This is a direct sales, quota carrying solution-selling role that requires building relationships, client meetings, account planning as well as pipeline management and reporting. While developing and generating new business with executives at the senior level, you will also maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing service and repeat business.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B enterprise solution sales; experience in selling to C-suite and CHRO, HRD or other contacts within Human Resources ideal
-A solid track record of success in selling to senior executives within large multinational corporations
-Experience in software, SaaS or cloud service product demos with a transactional deal cycle
-Entrepreneurial attitude with a start-up mindset; ability to navigate a new start up business
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluent English
