As Associate Director/Director you will be responsible for the profitable growth of GRIT Search in Malaysia. This role is responsible for the overall business strategy for this division as well as ongoing development of brand, hiring and retention to ensure long term revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

·      Leading and developing a core value driven proposition in your area of specialisation

·      Developing a short, medium and long term client strategy

·      Hiring, retaining and engaging a team to produce outstanding results both in terms of revenue and service

·      Building and structuring a motivated team to grow the GRIT brand

·      Leading client development to expand the client footprint

·      Delivering on client requirements to identify the highest quality of talent

·      Ensuring consistent excellent service to talent, maintaining a talent first mindset

·      Working closely with other GRIT Search leaders as well as Platform, Marketing and Product across the GRIT Group to maximise areas of opportunity and collaboration

·      Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets

·      Being an ambassador for GRIT Values

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in recruitment
  • Strong track record and network in the Malaysia market
  • Proven management experience along with the track record of motivation, engagement and instilling a high performance culture
  • Highly driven and strategic with a hands on approach
