Our client is a global financial technology firm with a strong brand and presence. They are currently hiring a regional Marketing Director to be based in Hong Kong. This is a key senior role in the region's functional strategy and future growth.
Responsibilities:
-Reporting to the global headquarters, you will be responsible for developing and executing a range of proactive marketing initiatives specifically for APAC
-Create a comprehensive long-term strategy for the region that reflects a strong understanding of market needs and drivers
-Launch targeted online and offline campaigns in the local territories
-Explore new opportunities and methods to position the brand, products and customer experience as a leader within the industry
-Work closely with the sales team to own and deliver against agreed lead program targets
-Manage a large team of marketing specialists across different APAC markets
Requirements:
- At least 15-20 years' strategic B2B marketing experience from within financial technology, financial services, technology, logistics or other large scale enterprise experience in similar industries
- Creative thinking, concept development, market intelligence and presentation design skills
- The ability to think and execute across digital, social and mobile platforms
- Strong project management, team leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong English fluency required
- Experience in working within multinational corporations, Asia exposure an advantage
