Role responsibilities

  • Leading the affiliate department to drive quality traffic to the platform, and to identify, design, plan and implement strategy to drive growth in the Affiliate partnership.
  • Act as the Product owner of the Affiliate platform to ensure excellence end to end partner journey.
  • Work with the team to come up with effective affiliate acquisition strategies.
  • Manage, monitor, develop and expand partner relationships as well as ways to innovate and work with affiliates, networks, and key opinion leaders or social media influencers.
  • Drive revenue and responsible of the P&L for affiliate revenues.
  • Developing strategic marketing initiatives for key affiliate accounts.
  • Planning and executing affiliate campaigns, activities and assist in marketing and sales activities such as events, seminars and conferences among others.
  • Build strong internal networks for collaboration and knowledge transfer with other business functions of the company.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in business, marketing or other relevant field from a reputable University.
  • At least 5 years experience in affiliate role, business development, strategy or project management role. Also experience in managing a team.
  • Established relationships within the affiliation network would be an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with good problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work within a multicultural, fast pace environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, sound data analytical skills to utilize data and metrics in making business decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
