My client is a well-funded SaaS start-up in Hong Kong, targeting institutional clients. They are now looking to expand the business development team, who will join as a core member of the team and work directly with the Co-founders.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end commercial process from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling and winning deals
- Report to and work directly with Co-founders on business development and partnership strategy
- Finding new and creative ways engage with institutional clients / C-suite
- Create a sales plan on how to reach sales targets and ensure implementation of the plan
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably employee benefits solutions
- Excellent command in English , Mandarin and Cantonese
- Motivated, positive and goal-oriented attitudes and mindset
